Our 26" wide radiant barrier rolls are the perfect solution to truss type attics.  The 26" width allows you to install the foil vertically along the rafter bays versus the standard horizontal installation.  The majority of truss attic systems are built on 24" centers, meaning the trusses are 24" apart.  Taking in to consideration the thickness of those trusses, this leaves about 22.5" in between each truss bay.  The 26" wide roll allows for the roll to completely cover both trusses, on either side, with a 1.5" stapling tab.  

The 26" wide roll is also useful in a smaller attic space where a 48" wide product would be too wide.  The roll can be installed vertically or horizontally, it does not effect performance based on the direction it is installed.
