Can I pick up my radiant barrier order instead of having it shipped?
Pick up is currently only available in Fort Worth, Texas (address is below). If you are outside of that area, FedEx shipping is available. Pick up hours are Monday – Friday (with the exception of holidays) from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. NO PICK UPS ON SATURDAY/SUNDAY.
As an Internet-based business, most of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in north Texas. For the convenience or our local Dallas/Ft Worth (DFW) area customers, we have partnered with a 3rd party warehouse, Tiger Logistics, to handle our local pick up orders.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm Monday – Friday will be available for pickup on the following business day at 9:00 am.
Tiger’s is conveniently located between Dallas & Ft Worth, TX (right outside of the south entrance to the DFW airport). Please note that for pickup orders, you will still need to place your order (online or by phone) and pay for it before you can pick it up.
Can I pay when I get there?
Tiger’s will NOT accept any forms of payment and they cannot process walk-in orders; all ordering and payment must be done through AtticFoil.com (via our website or by phone).

They are near the SE corner of HWY 183 & and HWY 360, directly south of the DFW Airport. When you arrive at the address, look for the DRIVER CHECK IN sign and head that direction to pick up your order. Do not go to the main front doors, they will not have your order there.

If Grand Prairie is not convenient for you to pick up, consider having your radiant barrier order shipped; delivery time within the DFW area is typically one day/next day delivery via FedEx Ground.
When will my order be ready to pick up?
Orders are ready for pick up 2 hours after you place them; please plan ahead as we cannot guarantee your order will be ready sooner than the 2 hour time frame. If you place your order after 3:00 pm on Friday, your order will be ready Monday at 9:00 am. You do not need to call and check on your order; simply arrive no sooner than 2 hours after placing your order with a copy of your receipt (hard copy or digital copy) to pick up your order.
I’m trying to place an order but I don’t see the option for pick up.
To avoid confusion for our customers who are not in the DFW area, the pick up option only appears after a zip code has been entered on the checkout screen. This is a way to ensure that the pick up option is only available to those customers who are within driving distance to the pick up location.
To place an order for pick up, simply add an item to your cart and then in the upper left hand side of the cart, type in your zip code. The fields for City & State will automatically refresh as FedEx is calculating a shipping cost. At that time, if the zip code is within a 200 mile radius of the pick up location, your option to pick up will appear right below your Zip, City & State boxes. Click on Pick Up (which will say $0.00) and then proceed with finishing your order. *For the “Shipping Address” fields, please type in your BILLING address info for whatever card you’re using to finish the checkout.
Wait until you see a confirmation page and/or get an email with your receipt before heading over to Tiger’s. If you don’t have a receipt, we don’t have your order! (Or your email address was entered incorrectly!) If you’re having trouble placing a pick up order online or need to verify the email address was correct, give us a call and we can help.
What if I can’t make it there the same day to pick up my order?
If something comes up and you aren’t able to pick up your order the same day you place it, don’t worry! You can just come the following business day to pick it up. A couple of days is ok, but please be aware that you should make arrangements to pick up your order within 1 week of placing it. All orders not picked up within 7 days may be subject to a restocking fee.
If you are unable to pick up your order and decide you’d rather have us ship your order, contact us (by phone or email) and we can get you a quote for shipping your order anywhere in the metroplex (or USA) that you’d like us to send it to.
