Return Policy

We just know you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us. Your 100% Satisfaction is Guaranteed. Because we ship orders out so fast, we can only accept same-day order cancellations before 4pm CST. Same-day cancellations before 4pm are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund price. 

We will gladly accept any complete (i.e. un-cut) and re-sellable rolls of foil or tape within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the materials (not shipping) to the original credit card used for purchase, minus a 20% restocking fee. Stocking fee applies to all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and ensuring the product is returned un-damaged.


Please call 800-595-8772 or email us to obtain return authorization number before returning any product. Product returns shipped to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

To avoid returns and restocking fees, we recommend you measure the space you need and then order accordingly. If you have a partial roll that you are trying to get off your hands, we suggest you try selling it on a community garage sale page or Craigslist ad to see if you can sell it that way. Another option is to donate partial rolls to a local relief office (FEMA, Habitat for Humanity, etc.).
